At Serene Sleepwear, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • All tags must be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene reasons, lingerie items may not be eligible for return if opened or worn.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or washed products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified via email

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect item received

If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.


5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company

  • Contact your bank

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
